[FIXED / NAPRAWIONE ] DDoS attack

[UPDATE, 17:00 PM UTC] ClickMeeting has returned to normal operation. All issues have been resolved and protective measures have been taken.

[UPDATE, 15:30 PM UTC] Access to our platform was disrupted recently due to a DDoS attacked launched by an external entity. A distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack is a malicious attempt to disrupt normal traffic of a targeted server, service or network by overwhelming the target or its surrounding infrastructure with a flood of Internet traffic. Our IT team, however, was able to detect the attack and immediately enable countermeasures. As a result, we were able to contain the situation and restore full platform functionality shortly after. This was, unfortunately, an attack aimed directly at our infrastructure and is not related to recent disruptions - they were caused directly by an increased traffic and fixed by our IT team later by scaling up the number of servers. This current situation was an outside action and there was nothing we could do to predict it. We appreciate your patience and understanding. ClickMeeting Team

ZIDENTYFIKOWANE 16:30 PM CET Działanie naszej platformy zostało zakłócone przez atak DDoS zainicjowany przez podmiot zewnętrzny. Akcja jest skierowana bezpośrednio w naszą infrastrukturę i nie jest związana z niedawnymi zakłóceniami powodowanymi wysokim zapotrzebowaniem na platformę.

Nasz zespół iT natychmiast wykrył atak i podjął działania. ClickMeeting przechodzi proces mitygacji – osłabiania ataku.

Atak DDoS (blokada usług) to złośliwe działanie mające na celu zakłócenie normalnej pracy danego serwera, serwisu lub sieci polegające na przeciążeniu aplikacji i infrastruktury. Było to działanie zewnętrzne, którego nie byliśmy w stanie przewidzieć.

Due to technical challenges and higher traffic, access to ClickMeeting pages is interrupted. We are sorry for any inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding while we try to fix this issue.

Integrations Salesforce integration

We have received reports that Salesforce integration with ClickMeeting is currently unavailable for set up. We are working on restoring it as soon as possible and we will post an update once this is fixed.

Product Panel [Scheduled] Server migration

UPDATE [March 18, 7:30 PM CET]: The chat logs option has now been restored.

During our planned infrastructure upgrade and server migration, file storages, statistics and chat logs were not available. Avatars and logos used in the event room were also unavailable.

Users might have also experienced challenges when trying to log in to their account panels.

The service is operational now, while chat logs are still unavailable. We are working on restoring this feature and an update will be posted once this is fixed.

[Scheduled] Maintenance Work

Dear Users,

On Wednesday, March 18, between 12:00 and 2:00 PM CET (11:00 AM - 1 PM UTC), we will perform an important infrastructure upgrade work.

We expect service continuity but it may happen that you experience challenges within your account panels and/or event rooms. If you have any events planned for that time, it might be best to move them to another time frame, if possible.

Our IT team is working around the clock to ensure that any difficulties are minimised and temporary.

Document converter [FIXED] File uploading and conversion

UPDATE: Our storage server works have now been completed and file storages in account panels are now available and working smoothly again!

We are currently working to fix our file storage feature. Users experience issues when trying to upload new presentation files to their storages. While in most of the cases the current storage files should open in the event room without any issues, we recommend sharing presentations via Desktop Sharing.
